Our in person quoting is offered on 2 occasions. One, is for fence layouts that fall under exceptions. Like large commercial fence installations. The second time an in-person meeting is offered, is if we have concluded that a pre-site is needed prior to the actual installation date. This takes place after a contract has already been signed.

Our on-site quotes are available upon customer request, but please keep in mind that they are usually scheduled 4-6 weeks out. A team member can be sent on-site to measure and discuss the project with you, then you will receive the quote through email 1-3 days after. Due to wait time we have changed our quoting process to a virtual one. We understand that this is new concept; keep reading for a quick breakdown on how our remote quoting works.

What is Remote Quoting?

Remote quoting is a combination of satellite technology, geographic measurements, and video calls. We’re able to create a quote for your project much faster than other companies. The faster the quote gets out to you, the quicker we can schedule an install date.

How Does it Work?

The first step is to contact one of our specialists through the contact form on our website. You will then be given a “BallPark Estimate” to see if the project will meet your budget needs.
Next, Instead of waiting for someone to come in person, you’ll have a video call with our customer specialist. They’ll gather additional information for your project that cannot be acquired through a simple over-the-phone call. They’ll instruct you through the video walk-through in what needs to be seen.
Once the information is collected, our quoting team will write up the specifications and calculate the cost of your project. The quote will be sent to you via email within the next three days, if not sooner.
Our quotes are fully itemized and outline the specifications of each part of the project and the materials so you know how much it costs and why.
Once you’ve confirmed the quote and have signed all necessary documents accompanied by payment, we will have you scheduled.
