Vinyl fence is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin combined with particular ingredients stabilized with heat to create a durable, long lasting plastic to withstand all weather conditions.
Yes our fencing carries a limited lifetime warranty. Wood is the exception-there is no warranty on wood.
Make sure to claim your warranty within 30 days after the install. Contact us for the supplier name and website. We will direct you to their warranty form that you can fill out online.
Usually it is. However, keep in mind that vinyl lasts longer than wood.
Installation
Yes, the ground is where the posts will be secured. It is imperative that this clear during our meeting so we may plan the scope of work correctly.
The few different options would be stepped or following the flow of the land.
- Stepped installations will have gaps underneath.
That would be considered repairs and we are not currently offering repairs.
We ask that there is 2 feet of clearance between the fence installation and any foliage that may be present.
We do our best to avoid piping but if it is within the diameter of the post footings it may cause damage. Please note that your landscaper or plumber may need to address the issue after the installation is completed.

We have implemented this process since the Global Pandemic and have not been off by more than a foot-no change orders have been made.
Price
We understand that you want to see a return on your investment. That is why we do not use any low-grade materials. However, if you do want to use a lesser grade material please let us know and we can offer some suggestions.

The price tag we present from the start is both fair to our company and to you. We’re not here to waste your time or devalue the skill of our workers. You deserve a professional and reliable workforce, and our team their wages.
We break down the material cost, labor, demo & haul away. No two homes are the same that is why we price by the scope of work that will be completed
